Have you heard that pasture-raised or grass fed meats can be more difficult to cook? I heard this too. If you're like me, it made you feel uneasy and insecure.

I didn't want to spend more money on food just for it to completely fail when I tried to cook it. Sound familiar?

It's scary.

I get it – cooking pastured meats can seem a bit intimidating at first. Maybe you're used to the supermarket stuff and aren't quite sure how to handle the rich, flavorful cuts from our farm.

But fear not!

We've got your back with recipes and cooking tips to make your pastured meat mealtimes a breeze.

Why Pastured Meats?

First, let's talk about why pastured meats are worth the little extra effort. Raised with care and allowed to graze, our animals provide meat that's not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. You can taste the difference, and once you get the hang of cooking it, you'll never look back!
