Recipe for Crispy Chicken Skin Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Edwards Family Farms pasture-raised chicken skin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Skin: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken skin dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  2. Season: Place the chicken skin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Cool: Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes. They will become even crunchier as they cool.
  5. Serve: Enjoy your homemade crispy chicken skin chips as a snack, or crumble them over salads, soups, or casseroles for an extra crunch!
