Recipe for Crispy Chicken Skin Chips
Ingredients:
1 lb Edwards Family Farms pasture-raised chicken skin
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Prep the Skin: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken skin dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
Season: Place the chicken skin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Cool: Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes. They will become even crunchier as they cool.
